1. the enhanced joint model with SWBD focusing on speech, shows improvement both on speech and spk recognition on eval2000[1];

2. enhanced the joint model with fisher focusing on spk.

This week:

1. finish the experiments for enhancing the joint model;

2. overview ICASSP 16.
