1. Using openfst-1.4 can compose the C-HCLG and W-LG, but the composed fst is 21G; Determinize failed for W2C.L.fst, need more investigating.
2. Assembled the grid server.

1. Re-compile nnet3-mpe under the 2016-kaldi-version;
2. To implement the NGSGD in nnet1 version;
3. To check the SVD re-train failure problem
