Progress:
The dependency structure in MRF model is not accurate, so I make use of a knowledge base in a specific area(UMLS in medical science), and only construct dependency structure between terms belonging to a same concept, or two concepts that have relations in the knowledge base.
Plan for this week:
construct the UMLS knowledge base in my system.
