1. Finished review of a TASLP and a EUROSIPCO papers.

2. Completed 4 interspeech papers with the students.

3. Completed building a new LM (lm.chs.v2) with KN smoothing. Test sounds ok.

4. Test the Tencent test set. Looks pretty worse than Tencent's report. Mainly due to the lost of words? The QA data text data are available.
