1. Finished the auto tool for generating Zhonglian's transcriptions.

Target of next week:

1. To optimize the atuo tool finished last week, intending to test the effect of adding the vad based-on energy.
2. To finish scripts coding of lenovo's transcriptions, including the generation of wav.scp and refference texts，and the
   generation of corresponding dictionary be having a try too.
