FreeNeb: The bugdb status check tool

The bugdb status check is a toolkit to collect information about the tickets in bugdb.
It will list (1) all the P1 bugs (2) all the rest bugs grouped by assignee (3) all the bugs ordered by due days
It runs in grid-1, as an anacron job, executed every day.
