last week: 1.modify the script of pnorm to run in gpu parallel and realized it 2.train the pnorm model and the pnorm_fast model 3.code the softmaxout and try to run it next week: 1.fix some bugs in the pnorm_fast parallel 2.run the softmaxout and get some train models of it
