1. handle revision of the TSP paper "online non-negative sparse coding for speech signals". Revision done.

2. supervise Liu Chao on LVCSR system training/design. 863 full data training is done; the results seem highly promising.

3. work on VAD stuff; finished prototype implementation.

Next month:

1. work with Liu chao to complete the LVCSR demos.

2. work with Javi on the revision of the paper on IEEE signal processing letters.

3. work with Jun on deep neural network.

4. prepare for ICASSP papers. Need propose something.
