Bi-week presentation (for Intern)

1. The team leader distribute a bi-week task to the candidate
2. The candidate should give a bi-week presentation at the specified time
3. The candidate becomes a new member once he/she passed the presentation

Onboard process

1. Create account on grid, wiki, email, cvss server, homepage space. (system Admin, now WANGD,ZhangZy )
2. Create an entry for the new member on wiki [1] (Team leader)
3. Send the onboard email to the group (Supervisor WangD)
4. Add the new member to wechat group (Team leader)
5. Deliver the new member's welcome sheet to the new member (Team leader)
6. Take a picture and ask for the slides of bi-weekly report (secretary Yating)
7. Ask the new member to sign a security agreement, take a phone for the agreement (secretary Yating)
8. Upload the portrait, slides and agreement to the new member's page (secretary Yating)
9. Apply for badge and meal card (secretary Yating)
